2 types of classes are available: 1 h class focused mostly on Asanas, and 1,5 h classes where breathing technics are going to be introduced before/after Asana sequencing. The goal of the classes is to activate our body and relax our mind so we can increase our mind and body awareness. Classes are adapted to your level so I would appreciate if you could share your past yoga or other sport experiences. I would as well kindly ask of you if you can mention do you have any physical injuries, other difficulties (insomnia, headache…) or you just have the wish to improve in a certain area.
First class is for free so you can come and check it out. Classes are aimed on all of people who are spending too much of time at home, sitting on the computer and for all of who feel that they are not moving too much.
