Pilates classes in small group in the heart of Berlin
The goal of my classes is to gently strengthen and stretch the body, focusing especially on the core, posture and body awareness. I combine the Pilates exercises with elements of yoga and by connecting each movement with the breath a nice flow is being created during the class.
Class is about 60 min, in English and suitable for all levels.
